BEACON KNOLL VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
 
 
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Board meetings will continue to be the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7pm at the Clubhouse.  
 
The Board of Directors is comprised of five members elected by the membership each year at the Annual Membership Meeting held each December.  Candidates with the most votes are elected to the Board of Directors, and serve three-year terms.

COMMITTEES
Board members are liaisons to Committees to assist in the effectiveness of governing the Community.  Volunteer residents may also serve on various committees.   Current Committees are:
 
Landscaping Maintenance - Lance Taylor
Oversees the maintenance and appearance of the grounds
Removal of dead plant growth and tree limbs
Works directly with contracted landscaper on maintenance, planting, and pruning of property.  This includes removal of any trees and/or plants that could be detrimental to stability of foundations or sidewalks.
Irrigation maintenance and sprinkler system
Maintains the C-Buffer
 
Maintenance of Buildings & Property - Lance Taylor
Coordinates necessary repairs and repair requests for outside structures
Coordinates Work Order procedures with contracted maintenance service provider
Responsible for Gate and Gate operations
 
Callbox - Kieley Wilson 
Provide new residents with gate entrance codes
Edit existing names and codes as necessary
Issues fobs for $25/per to owners only
 
Social - Dawn Preston
Coordinates social gatherings for community-wide events
Communicates details to the membership
 
Website - Dawn Preston 
Updates site as necessary with announcements, documents, meeting minutes, and financials
Handles questions from the website
 
Neighborhood Watch - Lance Taylor 
Seek to reduce crime in the community 
Coordinates with local law enforcement agencies as necessary
 
Architectural Review Board Requests - Requests or questions regarding Architectural Standards or guidelines within Beacon Knoll or Beacon Knoll Villas should be sent to the Beacon Knoll HOA Board.  The ARC for Beacon Knoll is responsible for all ARB issues within Beacon Knoll.
