BEACON KNOLL VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
 
 
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
 
The Board of Directors is comprised of seven members elected by the general membership each year at
the Annual Election Meeting.  Candidates with the most votes are elected on alternate years to the Board of Directors and serve three-year terms.

Committees
Board members are appointed to Committees to assist in the effectiveness of governing the Community.  Volunteer residents may also serve on various committees.   Current Committees are:
 
Landscaping -- Marilyn Lindgren and Vaughn Christenbury, Chairs
 Recommends rules and regulations related to the landscape of the community.
 
Turf and Shrub Maintenance:  Lance Taylor, Chair
Oversees the maintenance and appearance of the grounds
Removal of dead plant growth and tree limbs
Works directly with contracted landscaper on maintenance, planting, and pruning of property(s).  This includes removal of any trees and/or plants that could be detrimental to stability of foundations or sidewalks
 
Irrigation Systems, Well Pump, Miscellaneous Contracts:
Works directly with irrigation contractor on maintenance and replacement of sprinkler systems.
 Maintains well pump for sprinkler systems
 
 
Maintenance/Security – John Lindgren. Chair
 
Coordinates necessary repairs and repair requests for outside structures and C-buffer
Coordinates Work Order(s) procedures with contracted maintenance service provider
Responsible for Gate and Gate operations
Provide new residents with gate entrance codes
 
 
Finance Committee - Larry Schwandt, Chair
 
Long range financial planning for the Association
Manages Capital Reserve Investments
Reviews budget forecast and cash flow reports, reports on overall financial condition
Advises Board of owner outstanding dues, late fees, fines, and collection issues
 
 
New Community Development/ Coordination – Ken Davis, Chair
 
Liaison with Essex Homes on building progress, problems, complaints
Communicate with new home buyers on rules, covenants, and bylaws.
 
Community Design and Standards Committee –   Mike Ware, Chair
 
Architectural Review Board Requests - Requests or questions regarding Architectural Standards or guidelines within Beacon Knoll or Beacon Knoll Villas should be sent to the Beacon Knoll HOA Board.  The ARC for Beacon Knoll is responsible for all ARB issues within Beacon Knoll
