Use of the Picnic Area for Parties
1. The picnic area is intended for use by all residents. General use of the picnic area and grill
by individuals, families, etc. does not require a reservation. This facility may be used on a
first-come, first-serve basis, unless already reserved.
2. Group functions are also permitted in the picnic area. To help the Board of Directors
coordinate these events and prevent conflicts, all group events need to be scheduled using
the procedure outlined below. Homeowner Pam Wolfe has volunteered to assist with
scheduling facilities. Please follow the process below.
