The Beacon Knoll Clubhouse is just one of the many amenities that make this neighborhood a home. Available to rent by Beacon Knoll residents for parties and gatherings, this clubhouse is a great place for your next get-together.
Pam Wolfe handles all clubhouse rentals. You can download the clubhouse reservation agreement here, or contact her at 803-517-0374 . **Please contact Pam prior to sending the reservation agreement to be sure the date you are requesting is available**

The schedule for the Beacon Knoll HOA Board meeting is the first Monday of the month at 7pm. The Beacon Knoll Villas Board meeting is scheduled for the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm.
